Are you passionate about Indian cuisine and ready to take charge of a kitchen? We’re looking for a Head Chef with at least 7 years of experience who can create amazing dishes and lead our team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

What we’re looking for:

Someone with extensive knowledge of Indian flavors, spices, and cooking techniques—from North to South, street food to classic dishes.
A leader who can inspire and guide the kitchen team while maintaining quality and consistency.
A creative chef who respects tradition but isn’t afraid to innovate.
At least 7 years of professional experience in a high-volume kitchen, with a solid track record of leading a team and crafting exceptional menus.
What you’ll do:

Design and deliver a menu that celebrates the diversity of Indian cuisine.
Train and manage the kitchen staff to work as a high-performing team.
Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
Keep the kitchen running smoothly, cleanly, and safely.
