We're Hiring: Indian Cuisine Cook (Minimum 4 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about Indian cuisine and ready to bring your culinary skills to the next level? We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine Cook with at least 4 years of experience to join our kitchen team and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

A skilled cook with in-depth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques, spices, and flavors, from regional specialties to street food classics.
At least 4 years of professional cooking experience in an Indian restaurant or similar environment.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and works efficiently under pressure, while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
A team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with consistency and precision.
Assist in menu development and help incorporate innovative ideas while respecting traditional Indian flavors.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, with attention to presentation and taste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
