Preferred Candidate: ( Manpower Marketing experience are advantage)

* Min 5 years years of experience as HR Needed.
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the Manpower Company.
* Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Skills:-

* Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in QuickDice ERP is a plus.
* Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
