Senior Project Manager

Leading LSTK Multinational Contracting Company is looking for a trustworthy and proactive Project Manager with solid project management experience of 15+ years in the oil & gas LSTK-EPC projects, including the design engineering, and project control to handle its newly awarded EPC Pipelines project in KSA (Saudi Aramco).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of large-scale oil and gas pipeline projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of engineering and construction principles, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Financial Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly Saudi Aramco, and address their needs and expectations.
Compliance: Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies, including Saudi Aramco's specific requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Extensive experience in oil and gas pipeline projects, specifically with Saudi Aramco LSTK projects.
Strong technical background in engineering and construction.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ?
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Educational Qualification

? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical

? Minimum 15 years’ work experience as Project Manager in a Large Contracting Organization with ARAMCO PIPELINE PROJECT exposure

? Proven working experience in LSTK-EPC project management
? Familiar with the latest Quality and Safety Standards.

? Conversant with Saudi ARAMCO Standards and Procedures.

? Teamwork and collaborating abilities.

? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, P6.
