Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Customer Relations Manager** to join our team in the *Operations and Maintenance* sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication channels between customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers within the Operations and Maintenance sector.
- Ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints while providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding customer satisfaction and service performance.

Requirements:

- Nationality: Saudi National
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within the Operations and Maintenance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
