Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Barista in Riyadh. The Senior Barista will be responsible for daily tasks related to customer service, food preparation, and barista skills to deliver high-quality service and products.



Job Description



Consistently prepare coffee and other beverages to a high standard, ensuring presentation and taste meet company quality expectations.


Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to create an exceptional customer experience and build regular clientele.


Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas, sharing techniques and knowledge to improve team skills and maintain service consistency.


Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, organizing supplies, and notifying the Head Barista or management of inventory needs.


Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed, including equipment cleaning and workspace organization.


Work efficiently during peak hours, ensuring timely service while maintaining quality in beverage preparation and customer interaction.


Monitor drink quality and consistency, making adjustments or re-preparing beverages as needed to meet standards.


Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on coffee machines and other equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.


Display a deep understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods; share knowledge with team members and customers as appropriate.


Work collaboratively with the entire caf? team to maintain smooth operations, assist during busy times, and foster a positive work environment.






Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Barista skills and experience
Customer Service proficiency
Food Preparation knowledge
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Minimum 5–8 years experience as Barista
Received formal training as a Barista
Strong Knowledge of Coffee Brewing & Methods
Attention to Detail
Candidate must be available in Riyadh with transferrable and valid iqama
