**Key Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sourcing and procuring materials for Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of international procurement processes (European & American Manufacturer brands).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
