As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production of our web slings, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing unit, specifically focusing on the production of polyester web slings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy-duty automatic programmable pattern sewing machines, particularly for reinforcement stitches or reinforced eyes. Knowledge of shrink-wrapping and packaging machines is highly desirable to ensure products are prepared for shipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the production floor to ensure that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Operate and oversee the maintenance of heavy-duty automatic programmable pattern sewing machines used for reinforcement stitches on polyester slings.
• Utilize experience in shrink-wrapping and packaging to oversee final product packaging, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
• Train and support team members on proper machine operation, safety practices, and quality control standards.
• Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for process optimization.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure all products meet required specifications and standards.
• Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe working environment.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in relevant machinery operation is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with direct experience running heavy-duty pattern sewing machines.
• Knowledge of shrink-wrapping and packaging machines is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
