Looking for a Sales Coordinator (Female)

This is a full-time on-site role. The role involves overseeing operations, managing daily activities, utilizing analytical skills, and effective communication within the company.

Responsibilities:

1) Manage orders from receipt to delivery with the different stakeholders internal & external.
2) Create Sales Order & Supplier Purchase Orders in the system with full accuracy.
3) Ensure delivery on time by following up closely with the stakeholders.
4) Ensure all orders related data are updated in ERP system in a timely manner.
5) Issue Invoices for the deliveries and follow-up the deliveries with sales & warehouse teams.
6) Maintain customer delivery appointments, Submit invoices for collection.
7) Do weekly & monthly analyses and prepares sales reports.
8) Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
9) Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
10) Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to the sales management team.
11) Performs other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 0-3 Years
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions would be a plus.

Required Necessary Training will be provided.
