We are in need in the following applicants for our office expansion located at Dammam Saudi Arabia.

5 - HR Officers

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer Fresh Graduate or in any related field is acceptable and government relations for our client . The ideal candidate will manage HR functions such as recruitment, sorting, reviewing, while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Health and Safety: Develop and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a safe work environment.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Government Relations: Act as a liaison between the organization and government entities to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
* HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Saudi labor laws and organizational goals.
* Employee Engagement: Collaborate with management to create and implement employee engagement strategies, enhancing team morale and productivity.
* Specialized Areas: Depending on organizational needs, focus on specific areas such as employee relations.
* Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a team environment.
