Terms and Conditions
1.First Target Tier:
- Number of Orders: 480 orders per month
- Base Salary: 2,200 SAR
- Bonus: 7 SAR per order after achieving the monthly target
2.Second Target Tier:
- Number of Orders: 400 orders per month
- Base Salary: 2,000 SAR
- Bonus: None
3.Third Target Tier:
- Number of Orders: 360 orders per month
- Base Salary: 1,600 SAR
- Bonus: None
4.Below 360 Orders:
- Salary: 3 SAR will be calculated per order
Additional Notes:
- Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis
- Representatives are required to meet the specified targets in order to qualify
for the bonus
