REQUIREMENTS:
1.IQAMA must be valid for at least 3 months. (If iqama expired but have bike license, they can also apply)
2.House Profession, Amil Zarai and Saiqe Khas are not allowed.
3.Bike and Car license holder both can apply.(If someone have no license, they can also apply)
