Job Title: Fleet Coordinator (Iqama Transferrable)
Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia
Interview Location: In-Person, Jubail City
Basic: 2,000, Food Allowance: 250 SAR, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company
Job Summary: The Fleet Coordinator oversees the maintenance and repair operations of heavy trucks and equipment. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of truck trailer drivers.
• Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy trucks, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
• Keep comprehensive records of all maintenance and repair work carried out on vehicles.
• Ensure truck drivers adhere to client safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Safety Officers to complete the Equipment Checklist.
• Stay informed about client requirements related to truck trailer operations.
• Prepare daily activity reports for truck trailer operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations of truck drivers and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure repairs are completed promptly to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Coordinate with the Head Office to address any truck trailer-related issues.
• Work with the Workshop Department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials for truck trailer maintenance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel mechanics or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in heavy truck repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of heavy truck systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
