Job Position:-CMMS COORDINATOR

Data provision, verification and upload to Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Verify as a minimum the following Asset Management data prior to upload into SAP(SAUDI ARAMCO SYSTEM)

? Asset/equipment data;

? Planned maintenance tasks, schedules & procedures;

? Capital and operating spares data - with ability to identify spares for each item of equipment and to be able to determine for each spare a list of the equipment using that spare;

? Inspection management data, including WSE, inspection frequencies and schedule, and including baseline thickness measurements.

- Performs MS program (Excel, Power Point) and related ARAMCO System

- Communicate with related person (Hyundai & SAUDI ARAMCO)

- Familiar with Engineering Document

- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Knowledgeable in the use of MS office and formulas

- Excellent English and Communication skills

- Experience in SAUDI ARAMCO Project

- Experience in CMMS
