About the Job
Our company Green Roots Contracting Company (Plantira), a reputable company and good standing in the industry is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer for an immediate transfer, and locally available in Saudi Arabia.

Please refer to the below key responsibilities and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review and submit Bid proposals, quotations, and technical submittals related to Hardscape, and any form of Civil Works
• Execute, monitor and supervise construction process from the initiation phase to project close-out.
• Initiate material and work inspection requests at site
• Conduct and/or facilitate a Project Stakeholder Meetings (Vendor, Client and Consultant).
• Prepare and submit Method Statement; ITP's; & JSA.
• Prepare and submit Tender package; Shop Drawings and As-built drawings.
• Prepare technical presentation to Clients/Consultants.
• Prepare and submit Material Technical Approvals (MTA) package.
• Develop project work schedule
• Willing to be assigned to project site.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered with Saudi Engineering Council
• Work Experience in KSA: 5-10years
• Proficient in using Microsoft Software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project (or similar application) , and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, technical documentation, inspection, supervision and coordinations.
• Knowledgeable to Aramco standards and other international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and SBC is preferable
• Working knowledge to Quantity Estimates, Cost Analysis, BOQ, Tenders, Bidding processes,
• Knowledge in procurement process and deal with Vendors/Suppliers.
• Locally Transferrable in Saudi Arabia
• Technically oriented

Preferably Filipino, Indian or Pakistan
