Description

We are looking for CAFM Specialist with over 10 years of experience. immediate joiners only.

Knowledge of Asset Management Process

Knowledge in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling & help desk operation

Expertise in developping Monthly& Weekly Reports, and document management in general

Able to setup up an annual program of statutory inspections to ensure all plant and equipment receives the required inspections at the correct time to maintain compliance obligations

Able to Develop, Support & Maintain CAFM system, Dashboard, Workflows, Reports.

Able to Provide training of different level to staff as per their role and requirement on utilization of CAFM system and technology.

"Able to create accurate input for assets into the CAFM for data records and reports (manual &
computerised)."

Able to record information accurately for all assets throughout the Asset Lifecycle.

Knowledge in Implementing and maintaining asset records

Knowledge of PPM Standards (SFG20, etc..).

Able to develop the operation & maintenance of the CAFM System, including all necessary updates, upgrades, security, backup, and redundancy.

Having strong knowledge of MS office, Excel and power point with strong presentation and accounting skills.

Able to produce performance reports and review to identify unacceptable performance levels and seek improvements through changes to workload planning and scheduling.

Having Saudi Driving License
