Description

Position: Foreman - Mechanical Cranes

Responsibilities:

Support, train, and manage maintenance teams in daily operations within the Maintenance Department and workshops.
Assign repair and servicing tasks to maintenance teams based on the ERP job card system.
Inspect and assess repair requirements for assets under maintenance, including parts needs.
Coordinate with Senior Workshop Supervisors and/or Workshop Manager on estimated completion times for repairs.
Assist in training and mentoring technical teams.
Provide hands-on support to technical teams in asset repairs when required.
Inspect crane systems post-hire and pre-hire.
Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma required.
Heavy Equipment Certificate.
Proven ability to repair crane systems, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in reading and understanding hydraulic/pneumatic schematics (electrical schematics preferred).
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Basic Salary : 3800SAR
