Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that our HR strategies align with the overall business goals, foster a positive and inclusive company culture, and contribute to the recruitment, development, and retention of our talent. This role involves close collaboration with senior management and department heads to drive HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive and inclusive workplace.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluation, improvement plans, and feedback.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, create professional development programs, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits, and develop competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Track HR metrics, prepare reports for management, and use data to make informed HR decisions and recommendations.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote motivation, satisfaction, and overall productivity.
Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, support organizational restructuring, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
