Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our finance division within a group of companies based in Jubail. Specializing in civil and mechanical projects, contracting, and manpower supply, our organization is looking for a financial expert with strong leadership skills to drive fiscal success and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting across the group.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and profitability.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decisions on company expansion and new projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA or CMA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management within the civil, mechanical, or contracting industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of financial systems and integration.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Transferable Iqama.
