Experience Requirement: Proven MEP experience, preferably within the construction sector in Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements;
2. Coordinate with contractors and project teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards;
3. Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to verify compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards;
4. Troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site and implement effective solutions;
5. Maintain accurate documentation of MEP work progress and provide reports to project managers.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field;
2. 3+ years of supervisory experience in MEP operations, ideally in Saudi Arabia’s construction industry;
3. Strong understanding of MEP systems and relevant Saudi regulations;
4. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents;
5. Proficiency in English.
