Job Title: Project Control Civil Engineer

Location: Al-Khobar, Eastern Region
Reports To: Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Project Control Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking of civil engineering projects for ongoing AFAC projects, where AFAC is the main contractor. This role requires collaboration with various teams to monitor project performance, manage risks, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress and identify variances.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and mitigate risks.
Prepare regular reports on project status and financials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
6+ years of project control experience, ideally with Saudi Aramco and other entities within KSA.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Transferable Iqama, available for immediate deployment.
Experience working in a hybrid setup on ongoing contracts as the main contractor.
