We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator with expertise in manpower services marketing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of the local market and manpower services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to manpower services
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
Manage and update marketing content across platforms, including social media, website, and print materials
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and client acquisition metrics
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on manpower services
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in marketing tools, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite
