Description

Electrical Design Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 7-9 years of experience in design and engineering in power distribution, control systems, and electrical installations, preferably in water treatment plants.
Familiarity with local and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Technical Skills:
Design of electrical systems, including power supply, transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers (MCCs).
Knowledge of medium and low voltage systems.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
Understanding of protection coordination, cable sizing, and load flow studies.
Experience in integrating electrical systems with SCADA/PLC.
Deliverables:
Electrical drawings (single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable routing).
Load lists, equipment schedules, and BOQs.
Design reports, calculation sheets, and analysis documents.
