Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Geotechnical Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform and evaluate CMT field testing of soil by using NDG according to appointment letter and job description.
 Describe of soil materials and follow-up the field testing and drilled materials.
 Prepare materials testing for geotechnical report.
 Project and site specification description, determine site coordinates.
 Control the geotechnical tests and documents all relevant processes.
 Prepare the geological profiles related to project.
 Monitor, prepare and record all data related to soil tests.
 Track all project changes and keep evidence in the records.
 Prepare the geotechnical report including the lab & field tests.
 Prepare and preview contracts, quotations and agreements.
 Follow-up the maintenance and calibration processes of the geotechnical equipment and tools.
 Document all the geotechnical data.
 Document all the changes that occur in the supervisory department and intro-laboratory.
 Ensure the use of the latest valid version of the technical specification
 Monitor and document the variables that obtain records and data to ensure the information management security.
 Verify the confidentiality of technical information and data and maintain the integrity of laboratory activities when issuing the results.
 Evaluate the performance of workers in the technical department by providing feedback to the technical manager.
 Monitor and implement potential risk and opportunities.


Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Geology or Civil Engineering or any related field
 Have at least (10) years of experience in supervisory work / Geotechnical Studies
 Excellent knowledge in geotechnical drilling, grouting, geotechnical studies (subsurface).
 Full technical knowledge of issuing and initiating final reports and performing geotechnical studies.
 Technical knowledge in demonstrate and address any testing deviation.
 Proficient with engineering programs such as AutoCAD, ZontaSoft -LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
 Excellent knowledge in CMT standards as the refereed in the authorization matrix ASTM (Special requirement for CMT).
