We Are Hiring: Precast QS Engineer

Are you an experienced Precast QS Engineer? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects from concept to completion!

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of detailed Drawing for civil, architectural, and MEP works.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for planning.
Monitor market trends and material availability.
Evaluate bids, quotes, and proposals from suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Quantity Analysis for construction projects.(Experience Certificates) (KSA or International)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.(Detailed Summary of already Completed Projects )
Proficiency in softwares and MS Office.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
