We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, specializing in Social Media Ads. In this role, you will create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with business goals.
Create compelling ad content and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into broader digital marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
Expertise in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and creativity in developing effective ad copy and visuals.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, and other ad performance monitoring platforms.
