Job Description: Student Counsellor - Dimois Training Institute

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our team at Dimois Training Institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales and the ability to engage and convince students to enroll in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively reach out to leads and student inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
- Provide detailed course information and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle walk-in students and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to manage leads and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Prior experience in student counseling or sales is a plus.
