Description

We are seeking a Project Operations Manager to oversee all stages of projects from foundation to final delivery, according to the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

Foundation and Construction:

Manage construction and building projects from the initial stage (excavation, foundations, and construction).
Supervise the implementation of structural and other construction phases.
Mechanical and Electrical Works:

Oversee electrical works and mechanical installations (plumbing, air conditioning).
Supervise the installation and operation of surveillance cameras.
Finishing Works and Interior/Exterior Design:

Monitor internal and external finishing works.
Supervise the execution of interior and exterior design works.
Follow up and execute gypsum board and decoration works.
Maintenance and Final Delivery:

Oversee maintenance and installation works and ensure projects are delivered with high quality.
Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the contracting field.
Valid membership in the Engineers Association as a certified engineer.
Valid residency in the Eastern Province (Khobar, Dammam, Qatif).
