Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Researching and identifying potential clients, making sales calls, and building a portfolio of clients

Sales Strategy: Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to sell logistics solutions to clients

Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers

Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

Sales Reporting: Analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and presenting informed solutions to clients.

Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the movement of clients' goods and ensuring accurate shipping and delivery schedules

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Ability to analyze data and present solutions

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related field
