Description


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ability to lead missing asset Identification and records correction for all assets under scope of the project.
2. Data identification, extraction of Asset Master transactional data, analyze requirement for each asset type
3. Acquire list of asset for vendor communication from tracking sheet and store documents for asset tag
4. Create & fill standard Pre-BOM template with asset basic data and Identify the duplicate on asset level
5. Support to develop the BOM strategies for each commodity or asset group to deliver BOM project.
6. Participate in field survey in all plants of the plants in scope and support the technician for smooth handling of the assigned asset verification requirements
7. Compare asset physical availability in the field with P&IDs, Data sheet and Asset list available in SAP.
8. For missing asset in P&ID or Field, update P&ID accordingly, with approval by assigned focal.
9. Review existing BoM and PM for all assets with client representative as required
10. PM task list creation as per recommended PM by OEM (or) based on Maintenance strategy Procedures.
11. Review maintenance manuals and develop PM plans accordingly
12. Develop and manage SAP upload files for maintenance plans.
13. BOM (Bill of Material) creation based on Data sheets/Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals
14. In case there is missing Data Sheets / Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals, establish communication with OEM / Similar International supplier (if OEM is obsolete) * to create BoM.
15. For missing documents of equipment, contact the plant maintenance / reliability personal to get the breakdown and repair records, problems solving documents of Meridium or other programs.
16. Support the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly project reports as required.

17. Qualification, Skills and Abilities
1. Safety - knowledge and application of good safety practices both for personal safety and safety of others
2. Must be Engineering graduate or Diploma with acceptable GPA / Percentage of marks.
3. Must have relevant experience in similar field of assigned job and familiarity with machineries, spare parts and their deployment, storage, and recording
4. Quality- Ability to work with high quality standard. Implements effective quality rules and job standard.
5. Work Organizing: Must be able to organize the workplace and work contents matching with Project requirements and client direction
6. Job Knowledge - Implements effectively job-related instructions & company policies.
7. Initiative - Self-starter and motivated. Ability to work independently. Makes ownership of projects.
8. Analytical Ability - Effectiveness in thinking through a problem, recognizing, & evaluating relevant facts.
