Job Title: Coordinator (Transferable Iqama Required)
Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia
Interview Location: In-Person, Jubail City

Salary Package: Basic 2,000 SAR, Food 250 SAR, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a positive work environment.
• Regularly assess team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure all client requirements and standards are met, coordinating efforts to fulfill project specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, facilitating solutions that satisfy both client and team needs.
• Create operational plans and budget estimates for project activities.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned within the project’s scope.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as site coordinator.
