Description


Mission:
Execution of environmental monitoring projects as per the contract, procedures and the applicable standards.

We are looking for: Environmental Technician base on the role below:

• Conduct the environmental tests in the site as per the procedures and the applicable regulations.
• Ensure proper handling of the equipment and conduct the regular preventive maintenance.
• Ensure that the equipment’s are calibrated and in a good operation status
• Maintain housekeeping throughout the test execution and before demobilization.
• Conduct Environmental inspection in the site.
• Properly input the field data and hand it to the Environmental engineer.
• Ensure full adherence to the company safety procedures during the execution of the test.
• Follow strictly the applicable methods and procedures for the setup of the equipment.
• Ensure that the equipment are in good operation condition and available for testing.
• Clean and properly store the equipment and the tools after each use.
• Use site inspection checklist and Document Findings.
• Support in the report preparation.
• Follow safety procedure

Technical skills:
• Basic knowledge of environmental testing (air, water and soil)
• Knowledge and experience in the air quality testing, noise monitoring, stack testing, water and soil testing.
• Good knowledge of the Environmental inspection.
• Good understanding of safety rules for industries

Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma or equivalent in environment /chemistry /instrumentation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Personnel skills
• Good communication skills
• Should have good teamwork attitude.
• Good reporting skills.
• Spoken and written English/Arabic
