Job Title: Multi-Unit Manager (Coffee Chain)

Job Summary:
The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple coffee shop locations within a designated region. This role ensures that each store operates efficiently, meets sales targets, maintains excellent customer service, and adheres to company policies and procedures. The manager will also be responsible for staffing, training, and ensuring consistent quality and standards across all units.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
o Manage day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shop locations.
o Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, including quality control, cleanliness, and customer service.
o Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
o Oversee inventory control and ensure stores are adequately stocked with products and supplies.
2. Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and develop store managers and baristas.
o Provide leadership and guidance to store teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and implementing development plans.
o Handle staff scheduling to optimize efficiency and customer service levels across all locations.
3. Customer Experience:
o Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and consistency across all units.
o Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
o Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
4. Financial Management:
o Analyze sales reports and financial statements to identify areas for improvement.
o Manage budgets and ensure cost control, including labor, product, and operational expenses.
o Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability across the region.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
o Work closely with the marketing team to execute store-level promotions and campaigns.
o Implement local store marketing initiatives to boost visibility and drive customer traffic.
6. Compliance:
o Ensure that all stores comply with local health and safety regulations.
o Maintain adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and legal requirements.
7. Reporting:
o Provide regular reports on store performance, staffing, and operational challenges to the Regional Director or Operations Manager.
o Conduct site visits to each location to ensure ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Multi-Unit Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the coffee, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus.
