Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations during two shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality, managing staff, and driving profitability. Operational Management
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Schedule staff according to business needs, ensuring proper coverage for both shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Customer Service
- Greet and interact with customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
