Job Title: Fulfilment Officer

Salary: 2500 to 3000 Riyal Based on experience

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fulfillment or logistics role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office.

Transfer Details:

Transfer will be taken after 3 to 6 months.
