Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist in receiving all shipments, including processing discrepancy and damage reports and handling import claims when necessary.
•Ensure all goods received align with purchase orders regarding packaging, quantity, weight, labels, and other specifications.
•Follow-up on import orders from shipment to warehouse delivery, including managing import clearance processes with the responsible PROs.
•Obtain all necessary approvals for imports and ensure timely and accurate filing of Import VAT.
•Assist in coordination with the warehouse and production teams for the timely arrangement of space for bulk, cold, and raw materials.
•Assist in Verifying all purchase order information and conditions for local and foreign import shipments, in coordination with the procurement team, including confirming draft documents.
•Assist in Keeping track of and closing all payments and accounts weekly, ensuring timely and accurate registration without any discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role.
•Experience in handling import processes, shipment coordination, and warehouse operations is preferred.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple shipments and import orders.
•Good knowledge of VAT regulations and experience in filing Import VAT.
•Strong command of the English language
•Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
