Accountability

IT Manager is accountable to the General Manager of Al-Qahtani PCK through
• Regular reporting to GM on the implementation of the department management
• Completion of assigned job
• Key Performance Targets.
IT Manager have an authority to make decisions and act on any matter regarding conformance & integrity of department management within area of responsibility.


Knowledge & skills

- Rich experience in ERP project overall planning and execution in MLES, With the same experience in manufacturing enterprise
- Proficient in the management and configuration of MS SQL Server or MySQL
-Familiar with the structure of distributed systems; Familiar with the installation, management and configuration of servers like DNS, IIS and Domain control.
- Familiar with the planning and management of IT systems such SAP, OA, CAPP, PDM, etc.
- Good skills in communication/coordination, management of technical teams and resources; Sensitive in data;
- strong ability in logic thinking and problem solving; Excel in corporate management, information planning, major IT project organization and operating

C. Role & Responsibilities
Main responsibility including but not limited to
1. Responsible for the planning, design and realization of company information management system;
2. Lead the establishment and implementation of company major IT projects; integrate company information systems; maintain internal management systems;
3. Assist with strategic realization of company business; provide IT services in the effective communication of company operating and functional departments;
4. Make and implement company network and information security resolution;
5. Responsible for the perfection of IT management systems;
6. Responsible for building the training system of company information management system
7. Follow HSE regulations; know well about company major environment factors and danger sources; monitor and identify the environment factors and danger sources of this department and provide guidance for employees for this purpose.
