Description

Main responsibilities:
1-To cooperate with Quality manager or company consultant to complete products registraiton of SFDA
2-To develop and implement quality practices where necessary
3-To enforce company’s compliance to the GSP, ISO requirements, and other requirements necessary of medical device importing and distributing of safe and effective devices.
4-To assist and train employees where necessary on the GSP and to follow the established system.
5-To apply good technical solutions and to ensure empirical evidence is documented per written procedure
6-To manage ISO 13485 quality system, and do product technical file maintenance
7-To interface with and managing supply chain
8-To develop better and more efficient process and procedures

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1-Becomes personally skilled in all inspection and testing/demonstration/selling procedures
2-Verbal and written responses/resolutions to customers regarding product quality complaints or product inquiries.
3-Tracking all approved medical device related documents as authorized and describe by procedures.
4-Coordinates and conducts quality audits per the defined schedule
5-Develops procedures and SOPs to control inspected and non-inspected product
6-Assists in development, maintenance and implementation of processes and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Implements procedures and SOPs for QA/QC and ISO audits of receiving, receiving inspection, inventory, customer service, training, purchasing, shipping and documentation as well as other departments that effect quality, GSPs and other regulatory requirements
8-To assist in the resolution, documentation, customer responses of product complaints
9-Coordinate and assist in corrective and preventative action activities and solutions
10-Monitor and trend quality indicators to report to management and to provide early warning for quality related issues all employees throughout all departments
11-Work with cross-functional teams to complete all assigned tasks

Condition position:
1- Educational background: Bachelor or above, in related field of engineering, science, or regulatory affairs, or equivalent experience
2-Language: English, Arabic
3-Certificate: ISO 13485, experience working with quality system, ISO and quality assurance
4-Office skill: Microsoft office suite, Excellent communication and time management skills
5-Other: Proactive, Excellent learning ability, strong attention to detail
