As for all the Contract s concluded with more than 50 persons and above, such persons shall have a valid qualification in nursing. Also, a candidate shall be licensed according to the Ministerial Decree No. (404) and shall hold, at least, a diploma in nursing, issued by a medical authority recognized and approved by the Royal Commission, with five (5) years’ experience, at least, in the medical occupational therapy. In addition, a candidate shall hold a valid first aid certificate, a valid Basic Life Support Certification, or a valid CPR certification, recognized and approved by the Royal Commission.Besides, a candidate shall be good at speaking and writing English and shall have the ability to keep a daily medical record. Furthermore, a candidate shall have an interview with the ES&H Department in the Royal Commission for being assessed before confirmation and approval.
