**Job Description:**
As a Mechanical Estimation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our project lifecycle. Your expertise will drive accurate cost estimates, ensuring the success of our ventures. Here are the key responsibilities:

1. **Thorough Review and Understanding:**
- Dive into bid/project packages and thoroughly understand requirements.
- Elaborate on the technical aspects of the Scope of Work (SOW).

2. **Estimation Process:**
- Prepare and assign responsibility matrices, proposal plans, and schedules.
- Guide estimators in precise estimation techniques.
- Arrange bid review meetings and contribute to proposal strategy.
- Incorporate agreed-upon actions into the final proposal.

3. **Communication and Progress Updates:**
- Regularly update the proposal manager on progress and any areas of difficulty.
- Plan ahead to meet proposal deadlines effectively.

4. **Resource and Cost Budgeting:**
- Prepare direct and indirect project resource budgets based on the estimation.
- Facilitate input from technical and commercial experts, partners, and subcontractors.

5. **Commercial and Technical Bid Preparation:**
- Review and finalize estimations.
- Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals in compliance with company policies and client specifications.
- Assess competition and provide insights for key decision-making.

6. **Project Execution Support:**
- Assist in project plan and schedule preparation.
- Advise on critical execution standards and adaptable procedures.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and cost parameters.

7. **Client Interaction and Market Exploration:**
- Handle technical clarifications and pre-award correspondence with clients.
- Meet with clients as necessary to address technical matters.
- Explore the local market for new leads and opportunities.

8. **Feedback and Continuous Improvement:**
- Obtain feedback from clients and project teams.
