Job Title: IT Sales & Vendor Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for an IT Sales & Vendor Coordinator to help manage sales, vendors, and customer relationships. This role is for someone who enjoys staying organized and talking to both current and potential customers. Here's a simple breakdown of what you'll do:

What You’ll Do:

Manage sales leads in Zoho CRM: Use our Zoho CRM system to track leads and create sales opportunities.
Get quotes from vendors: Contact IT suppliers for product and service quotes, follow up to ensure you get the best prices.
Prepare pricing sheets: Organize vendor quotes into a pricing sheet and get approval from your manager.
Send quotes to customers: After manager approval, send the quotes to current or potential customers and handle any questions.
Follow up on payments: Make sure customers pay on time by checking in with them when needed.
Stay in touch with current customers: Regularly contact existing customers to make sure they’re happy, see if they need anything, and maintain a good relationship.
Reach out to new customers: Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce our IT products and services, and create new business opportunities.
Help close deals: Keep following up with leads and quotes to turn them into final sales.
Skills You’ll Need:

Basic understanding of IT products (like computers, software, cloud services)
Good communication and organization skills
Experience using Zoho CRM (or willing to learn)
Ability to follow up with customers and vendors regularly
Comfortable making calls to both existing and new customers

Salary will be around 1500 SAR / month , No iqama transfer will be done , 3 month probation and yearly contract .
