**Job Description:**

A leading medical facility in Dammam is seeking an experienced **Central AC Technician/Specialist** to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of central air conditioning systems in our medical facility, ensuring optimal performance and a comfortable environment for patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect, maintain, and repair central AC systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with central AC units and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure that all AC units comply with healthcare standards and safety regulations.
- Adjust system controls to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels throughout the facility.
- Provide technical support during emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.
- Monitor the performance of the HVAC system and make necessary adjustments to meet energy efficiency and cost-saving objectives.

**Requirements:**
- Diploma or certification in HVAC technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing central AC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and associated control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a healthcare environment and adhere to hygiene protocols.
