Description

REQUIREMENTS:

 Provide NDT responsible Level 3 covering minimum PT, MT and UT NDT Methods.
 Perform annual proficiency review of NDT certifications and personnel.
 Approve technique sheet and monthly system performance check record.
 Review update and develop NDT procedure for SAAMS applicable NDT PT, MT and UT.
 Level 2 recertification of NDT inspections IAW NAS 410, EN4179 and SAAMS requirement.
 Develop internal NDT Level 3 training program upon completing of Level 2 within the 6 months.
 Admin Level 3 exam and approve course outlines if NDT outside NDT training school utilized.
 Ensure NDT equipment and instruments utilized by NDT are adequate, functional and calibrated.
