SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Promotion and Marketing: Present and market the company’s app products and services to potential and existing customers, leveraging your FMCG experience to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts and agreements, applying your FMCG sales techniques to secure deals.
- Order Follow-up: Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the market and gather information about competitors and current trends, providing insights based on your experience to help shape sales strategies.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and performance.


Qualifications:

-Male/Female
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
-Minimum of 2 years of experiences in the FMCG Sector.
