Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
2.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
3.Coordinate and manage quality control processes to ensure project standards and specifications are met.
4.Collaborate with project teams to address any HSE and quality issues.
5.Prepare and maintain HSE and QC documentation and reports.
6.Provide training and support to team members on HSE and quality procedures
7.Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures for road construction projects.

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in managing HSE and quality control on road civil work projects.
2.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, MOMRA and MOT standards, and best practices related to road construction.
3.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5.Relevant certifications and qualifications in HSE and quality control.

Experience:
1.Must have hands-on experience in road civil work projects.
2.Must have a demonstrated ability to control and enhance safety and quality in such projects.
