Work Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Works Supervisor to manage the finishing phase of a villa building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in overseeing and ensuring the quality of finishing works, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to supervise contractors effectively. This role is based in Riyadh, and only candidates currently residing in Riyadh will be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee daily activities related to the finishing works of the villa building project, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed by contractors, ensuring all finishing tasks meet industry standards and project requirements.

Problem Solving: Identify and address issues or discrepancies in finishing works, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of work progress, including daily reports, inspection records, and quality control documentation.

Compliance: Ensure all finishing works comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing and managing finishing works, with a strong background in project management and contractor supervision.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and related tasks.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or construction supervision are a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in project management and construction supervision.

Location: Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
