*Job Title:* Senior Electrical Site Engineer

*Reports to:* Project Manager/Ele

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Site Engineer to oversee the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and safe completion. The successful candidate will lead electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities, manage electrical teams, and coordinate with other disciplines.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Technical:*

1. Review and interpret electrical designs, specifications, and drawings.
2. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
5. Conduct site inspections and monitor electrical work quality.

*Leadership:*

1. Lead and manage electrical teams, including supervisors and technicians.
2. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance.
3. Develop and implement electrical construction plans and schedules.
4. Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure project deliverables.

*Safety:*

1. Ensure electrical safety procedures are followed on site.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
3. Investigate electrical incidents and implement corrective actions.

*Communication:*

1. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
2. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with procurement teams for electrical material delivery.

*Administrative:*

1. Manage electrical documentation, records, and reports.
2. Track expenses and monitor budgetary compliance.
3. Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning.

*Requirements:*

*Education:*

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

*Experience:*

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or related industry.
