Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMU Systems Electrical Technician & Assit Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) installed on high-rise buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair BMU systems, including cradles, suspension systems, monorail systems, and power units.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with BMU systems, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.

Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of BMU systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Repairs and Replacements: Perform necessary repairs and replace faulty parts, such as cables, motors, and control systems.
