Job Description:

We are a Riyadh-based contracting company seeking a skilled Facility Manager with extensive experience in facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities maintenance projects.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure project completion and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, project status, and budgets.
Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of GCC experience in facilities maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
Proven track record in managing large-scale maintenance projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facilities management.
Excellent communication skills in English.
