This crucial role involves developing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure seamless operations post-disruption. Responsibilities include planning, strategy development, testing, incident management, documentation, compliance, training, and qualifications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is a plus.
• Over 12 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or related roles, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and managing recovery operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
